My story
I am Dipti Ratanpal, an early childhood learning specialist, educator, and parent mentor based in India. My career began in a small early-years classroom, where I fell in love with watching children think, create, and make sense of the world through play.
Over the years, I have worn many hats: classroom teacher, teacher mentor, curriculum designer, school leader, and parent coach. Each role taught me that lasting change in a child’s life happens when the adults around them—parents and teachers—feel supported and inspired.
Today, I work with families, preschools, and education organisations across India. My approach is calm, practical, and deeply rooted in child development. I believe that the best education is warm, responsive, and respectful of every child’s unique journey.
